Gotlands artilleriregemente : ウィキペディア英語版
Gotland Artillery Regiment

The Gotland Artillery Regiment ((スウェーデン語:Gotlands artilleriregement), designation A 7) was a Swedish artillery regiment that was in active service between 1811 and 2000. The regiment was based in Visby as part of the Gotland Garrison.
==History==
The Regiment origins from the Artillery Conscripts of the Gotland National Conscription (''Gotlands nationalbevärings artilleribeväring''), which were organized in 1811 as a result of the Russian occupation of Gotland (1808–1809). The unit was later reorganized into Gotland National Conscription Artillery Corps (''Gotlands nationalbevärings artillerikår'') in 1861 and given the designation No. 4. In 1887 it its changed name to Gotland Artillery Corps, A 4.
Gotland Artillery Corps was redesignated A 7 in 1892 because the planned Norrland Artillery Regiment got the designation A 4. When Gotland Artillery Corps was reorganized in 1975 it became the Gotland Artillery Regiment, A 7, which was the name it would keep until it was disbanded in 2000. Its traditions was passed on and left in the care of the Artillery Regiment.
